Wow – 108 years!

Well, that’s the combined relocation experience of the All Points’ Executive Team.

As much technology as we add to our service, Relocation is a people business, and we think you deserve to see and understand more about the people and their experience that makes that relocation go so smoothly. We are a real company with real people. And when they are 108 years old, you have to show them respect.

Audrey has more than 35 years experience in the employee relocation services industry. She has been President of All Points since 1992, and has overseen the growth of the company from 2 people into a team of over 80. Audrey is a registered real estate broker in Ontario. She served on the Canadian Employee Relocation Council’s Editorial committee for over five years, and was Chairperson of the Conference Planning and the Professional Development Committees.

Audrey lived as an expatriate in London, England before returning to Canada and becoming a leader in delivering corporate relocation services. Audrey holds her CERC Relocation Specialist and GMS designations.

Little known fact: Audrey is an actor and has been in numerous theatre productions, including one which was off-off-off-off-off Broadway.

Michael has over 25 years experience in the employee relocation services industry, working at a major Canadian relocation management company prior to joining All Points in 2000. Michael is responsible for the company`s strategic direction, business development, communications and ensuring that Client Services Managers receive the support required to meet their clients’ needs.

Michael has written many relocation articles for the CERC Newsletter and for All Points. He has earned his American relocation designation, CRP, GMS and CERC Relocation Specialist designation, and is a frequent speaker throughout North America. He is a past member of the CERC Editorial and Policy Survey Committees and was honoured with the Worldwide ERC®’s Meritorious Service Award.

Little known fact: Michael was a top ranked badminton player in Canada, and has played internationally.

Sarah has been with All Points since 2003. Sarah completed her degree in International Development Studies at Dalhousie University. She also has personal experience in relocation, having lived and worked in England for two years where she worked in Real Estate.

Sarah was promoted to Manager in 2004 and Director in 2008. Since that time, she has has personally overseen the opening of All Points’ regional branches. She spearheaded the development of All Points’ Destination Service division and has overseen its growth into Canada’s premier Destination Service provider.

Little known fact: Sarah dreamed of going to space as a kid and even went to Space Academy twice earning her wings as a Space Cadette. Although she didn’t get to the stars (yet), she has enjoyed her travels which have taken her to over 40 countries and all across Canada.

Sarah is a CERC Relocation Specialist and has her GMS designation.

Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, Tom has held various senior executive accounting and finance positions from a wide range of industries, from the chemical industry to retail and even I.T. A big part of corporate relocation services is accounting services. Tom is responsible for establishing and maintaining All Points’ internal controls as well as financial, accounting and reporting protocols so that our clients can trust that they will receive accounting services of the highest standards.

Tom holds his CPA, has previously served as Director and Treasurer of the Victim Services of Peel.

Little known fact: Tom has the unique distinction of interviewing for the position of Controller at All Points in August of 2003 during the Eastern Seaboard Blackout.

Nadine has been with All Points since 2007. She graduated from the University of Waterloo with a Bachelor of Arts and a specialization in Spanish translation. She has worked in various industries such as teaching and immigration law.

Nadine started with All Points’ as a Coordinator for Destination Services, she was promoted to Destination Counsellor and then to Manager of the department in 2013. Nadine is responsible for hiring, training and managing our fantastic, diverse team of approximately 60 part-time employees across the country, who ensure that the process for moving to Canada is a seamless one. Nadine establishes training practices and evaluation metrics to ensure that exceptional service is provided on every file.

Little known fact: Well before her time with All Points she was also a frog jumping contest winner, more than a few years in a row.

Nadine has travelled extensively and has had the wonderful experience of living in Mexico City, Germany and Poland.
