Audrey Adams, President
Audrey began her career in relocation more than 30 years ago at what was then one of the largest relocation companies in Canada. She has been President of All Points since 1992, and has overseen the growth of the company from 2 people into a team of over 90. Audrey is a registered real estate broker in Ontario. She served on the Canadian Employee Relocation Council’s Editorial committee for over five years, and was Chairperson of the Conference Planning and the Professional Development Committees.
Audrey changed the strategic direction of All Points first in 1994 by embracing a then little-known service in Canada—Destination Services and Settling-In for expatriates—that has resulted in a corporate culture attuned to international mobility, and then again in 2000 with her significant and dedicated investment in technology.
Audrey lived as an expatriate in London, England before returning to Canada and joining the relocation industry. Audrey holds her CERC Relocation Specialist and GMS designations. Audrey is an actor and has been in numerous theatre productions, including one which was off-off-off-off-off Broadway.
Audrey is co-owner of the company.
Michael Deane, Vice President Client Services
Prior to joining All Points, Michael held a number of roles at a major Canadian relocation management company. In 1996, he created the first-ever relocation department within a Canadian national real estate brokerage that served the needs of international corporations working in Canada. He went on to become National Account Manager for small volume clients before leaving to pursue his career with All Points.
Michael has written many relocation articles for the CERC Newsletter and for All Points. He has earned his American relocation designation, CRP, GMS and CERC Relocation Specialist designation, and is a frequent speaker throughout North America. He is a past member of the CERC Editorial and Policy Survey Committees and was honoured with the Worldwide ERC®’s Meritorious Service Award in 2013. Michael holds a Master’s degree from the University of Western Ontario and has taught at the university level.
Michael has 20 years of relocation experience. Michael is responsible for the company`s strategic direction, business development, communications and ensuring that Client Services Managers receive the support required to meet their clients’ needs. In 2010 Michael started to envision and create what was to become Compass+ in 2012, the industry`s only on-line neighbourhood search tool of its kind.
Michael is co-owner of the company.
Sarah Chandler, Director, Global Relocation Management
Sarah has been with All Points since 2003. Sarah completed her degree in International Development Studies at Dalhousie University. She also has personal experience in relocation, having lived and worked in England for two years. In England, Sarah worked in an Estate Agents’ office, assisting in the marketing, sale, and letting of properties.
Sarah was promoted to the position of Manager, Destination Services in 2004. Since that time, she has expanded All Points’ training practices, created quarterly training sessions and has personally overseen the opening of All Points’ regional branches, including the training of its Relocation Counsellors. Sarah has spearheaded the development of All Points’ Destination Services division and overseen its growth as the premier Canadian Destination Service provider. Sarah has been a huge part of All Points’ growth story and her fingerprints can be found just about everywhere from standard operating procedures, to operational technology and to Compass+.

Tom Prebul, Controller
Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, Tom has held various senior executive accounting and finance positions from a wide range of industries, from the chemical industry to retail and even I.T. Tom is responsible for establishing and maintaining All Points’ internal controls as well as financial, accounting and reporting protocols so that our clients can trust that they will receive accounting services of the highest standards. He has overseen All Points’ largest ever accounting conversion project from two systems to a hybrid integrated system and to enhancing the operational efficiency of accounting and computer systems.
Tom holds his CPA, has previously served as Director and Treasurer of the Victim Services of Peel. Tom has the unique distinction of interviewing for the position of Controller at All Points in August of 2003 during Eastern Seaboard Blackout.
Ray Payne, Director, IT
Ray has over 25 years of experience across the technology spectrum earning the respect of geeks everywhere. He is passionate about technology, process improvement and his entrepreneurial personality fits in brilliantly with All Points’ culture. Ray is responsible for ensuring All Points’ competitive advantage in the marketplace through the use of technology as a business service differentiator.
Ray holds numerous Microsoft Certifications and has dozens of technical proficiencies. His career has been one of risk analysis, quality control and performance enhancement.
Ray has implemented and is responsible for the maintenance of company-wide Intrusion Detection and Prevention Systems to protect company and client assets, IDS/IPS entailed firewall, server and workstation level protection, virtualization through use of ESX and Hyper-V to maximize return on server investments, a fully Virtualized, co-located Data Center with complete fail-over between geographically dispersed locations utilizing combinations of Double Take software and Live Migration.
Ray has excellent communication skills which, given the paragraph above, is an asset that All Points’ senior staff appreciate greatly.
Nadine Borch, Manager, Global Relocation Management
Nadine has been with All Points since 2007. She graduated from the University of Waterloo with a Bachelor of Arts and a specialization in Spanish translation. She has worked in various industries such as teaching and immigration law.
Nadine has travelled extensively and has had the wonderful experience of living in Mexico City, Germany and Poland.
Nadine started with All Points’ as a Coordinator for Destination Services, she was promoted to Destination Counsellor and then to Manager of the department in 2013. Nadine is responsible for hiring, training and managing our fantastic, diverse team of approximately 80 part-time employees across the country. Nadine works closely with the Director of Destination Services in establishing new training practices and evaluation metrics to ensure that exceptional service is provided on every file.
