The CVE establishes the equivalent dollar value of housing, comparable to the employee's old location home, in the destination. Establishing a fair and defensible equivalent value in the new location helps our clients control their relocation expenses while keeping the employee "whole" and lays the ground work for an efficient and successful home finding process. All Points' methodology includes an analysis of statistical data to identify equivalent neighbourhoods in the new location and directly compares the old location home to similar properties recently sold/rented, and that are currently available, in the new location.
